                               RESOLUTION NO. 20904
                 
                 
                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR OF
                  THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS & RECREATION TO ENTER
                  INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH LOSE & ASSOCIATES FOR
                  LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURAL/LAND PLANNING SERVICES
                  RELATIVE TO THE WARNER PARK MASTER PLAN FOR A
                  LUMP SUM FEE OF FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS
                  ($50,000.00).
                 
                 
                                                    
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department
       of Parks & Recreation be and is hereby authorized to enter into 
an
       Agreement with Lose & Associates for landscape architectural/land 

       planning services relative to the Warner Park Master Plan for a
       lump sum fee of $50,000.00.
